I'm so excited! I recently got to try Neutrogena's new Norwegian Hnd Cream! We've had a nasty winter in New England this year, and this hand cream is the PERFECT solution!
I do my nails about once a week, and I do it pretty simply! I always use a clear base coat first, to keep from staining my nails a particular color and to help the manicure last longer. Next I do 1 to 3 coats of the color I want to have. Finally I top it off with a clear top coat to help keep chipping down! And now I've added another step to my list - hand cream!
Neutrogena's Norwegian formula hand cream makes my hands look 15 times better with just one use! With it being so cold and bitter out, my hands get dry and chapped. With Neutrogena, I only use a dab and it makes me hands look summer-fresh! Definitely a product I will continue to buy after I use this up!
